The compact interior of the Evo is unique and due to sloping inner walls the combustion chamber of the Evo has been reduced by approximately 45%. As a result, the power has been reduced to approximately 10 kW, which is more than sufficient for today's increasingly better insulated homes.
A (normal) lift-door fireplace of this size without the slanting inner walls quickly produces a capacity of 20 to 25 kW: usually much too much for an average living room. TSG Essempio has provided the design, engineering and visualizations of this unique wood-burning fireplace.
