Which personal data do we process from you and for what purpose?
We need your contact information (your name, address and e-mail and the name of the company where you work) to inform you about business meetings (network meetings, seminars, etc.) that we organize or co-organize, but also for the possible doing business in the future.
If you register for a meeting: here we process the personal data that you provide to us yourself and which are necessary for the provision of this type of information. You can always unsubscribe from this.
Sometimes we ask you for permission to process personal data, such as when taking a (group) photo, film or webinar in which you appear and posting these images on social media.
If we already have your data, we have it because you have previously registered for a meeting or we have had contact with you before, for example in the context of possibly doing business with you or the company you work for. Here too, you can unsubscribe if you no longer wish to receive invitations in the future.

You can delete these cookies yourself by clearing the browser history within the settings of your computer.
Rights with regard to personal data
You have the choice at all times whether you want to enter your personal data or not. However, to participate in meetings, entering personal data is necessary.
You have the right to inspect, correct, delete, restrict, object and transfer your personal data, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
In addition, you always have the right to submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
If you feel that we are not handling your rights correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the contact person below or the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
