Value Engineering

Providing clear insight into the cost of each function within a design forms the core of Value Engineering.  A design is reviewed from a functionality perspective. This approach creates opportunities for using alternative techniques and materials.

Examples include the replacement of steel beams by sheet metal parts, the use of injection molding or additive manufacturing instead of milled parts or cost savings through function integration. Machines and products are analysed, taking ergonomics, aesthetics and feel & touch into account. We endeavour to use the right tools and methods in order to be able to offer our clients the best competitive edges.
