Customer Challenge

The customer required an advanced electronic device for root canal treatments, featuring 14 types of exchangeable tips. The device needed to provide variable heat and vibration settings, displayed clearly on an OLED screen for intuitive operation. Key challenges included achieving maximum miniaturization due to a limited grip diameter and ensuring the Center of Gravity (CoG) was perfectly balanced for ergonomic use.

TSG delivered a fully functional dental obturation device that combines precision, usability, and reliability. The design accommodates all 14 interchangeable tips, offers adjustable heat and vibration settings, and integrates an OLED display for clear visualization. The device meets stringent ergonomic and performance requirements, ensuring comfort and efficiency for dental professionals.
